Keeping your resident documentation up to date
Every residential care home has a set of documentation used to gauge and monitor resident’s health and wellbeing. Nuagecare allows you to upload these documents for each resident to the nuagecare cloud. We provide a growing library of Word templates which are constantly updated. You can use these royalty-free documents or you can upload your own.
Each document has a set of defaults telling us how often it should be reviewed, whether it can be used multiple times for the same resident, if it has a body map and so on.
When a new resident is admitted we merge our mandatory documents with the resiodent's details and subsequently when the document is updated in the course of a review various defaults are applied to it to ensure it is given proper oversight and reviewed in a timely manner by the correct person.
Once a document has been loaded and merged it can be personalised and edited using the nuagecare editor.
