When a staff member leaves we remove roles and permissions but nothing else - they can no longer sign in. We even allow you to set the staff member as inactive during a period of holiday or suspension. With nuagecare nothing is deleted, the staff member can be reinstated and history will be maintained. We can also find our leavers, with the requisite permissions, and answer any subject access request under the Data Protection Act.
