Nuagecare is affordable, easy to use and easy to implement. Pricing is based on the number of devices connected because the nuagecare app is the primary data acquisition point. The number of users and residents is unlimited.

Our one-off setup fee includes three hours of online training and implementation. This follows our three step implementation over three weeks. It will take less than an hour to set you up with the app and the web portal, the following week we will set up your documentation management in the third and final week we will get you started with staff reviews including supervisions, appraisals, medication competency etc.
Our documentation management system keeps all of your documents in the cloud. We charge £25 per month which includes an initial 2GB disk space with a one-off set up fee of £250.

The set up fee includes a review of your documents ensuring formatting is suitable for in-browser editing. 2GB space is enough to save every edited document for a typical care home with 50 residents for a three year period. You have the option of mirroring your documents to a local server and persisting files locally to save you money.
Our source code can be licensed, giving you access to our repositories which can be branched, forked and modified for your own purposes. The master branch is constantly being updated to include the latest versions of all software. Please apply for pricing.
