Nuagecare is overall very impressive – the oversight this offers is unachievable with other systems I have seen. The management and senior care assistant teams are able to see care delivery and documentation at the click of a button; having this system has saved so much time. This time is now better spent with residents and their families.

Nuagecare uses infographics, charts, and widgets, allowing you to drill-down from dashboards to locations and individual resident records. You can see the state of your care at a glance and cascade to the finest detail. Each of our infographics takes less than a minute to explain, and once understood the state of your care can been seen at a glance.

- fluid delivery against target (last week)
- fluid intake today and any declinations

Further charts include observation, behaviour monitoring, care delivery overall and care delivery by individual staff. The resident dashboard provides the eagle-eye view of care provided.

Nuagecare uses different documents for each resident
- PDF for DoLS, PoA etc
- Word for risk assessments, personal details (red bag) etc
- Word documents editable in the browser
We then use charts (to the left) to display what documents are due (or overdue, if in red) for which residents and when. We can also click on each point in the chart for further information.
As the Clinical Lead for seven care homes it is important I have an oversight of care being given, risk management and any incidents or concerns. With Nuage, I now find that I have a speedy pathway to care plans, risk assessments, care actions and notifications.
