We handle admissions and discharges seamlessly, rescheduling document reviews according to the estimated date of re-admission.
Once re-admitted our service level agreement with the resident is restored and all infographics in nuagecare are immediately available.
When we have the unfortunate situation of a deceased resident we respectfully remove them from the current care environment but, with the requisite permissions, we can view details for any subject access request under the Data Protection Act. No data is ever deleted from nuagecare which will affect your ability to respond to subject access requests.

Cash book
Double entry book-keeping with configurable resident accounts with a default set up for a resident cash book. Complete with image upload for receipts and invoice evidence.
Family and friends
Our family and friends app connects residents to their loved ones. It has a secure application, authorisation and sign in process to ensure security.
Nuagecare family and friends delivers the history of care delivery for the past 48 hours (a value which can be changed in your web portal), warnings and personal information including any resident service level agreements in place. It also displays our unique resident card feature showing the state of care at any given time for your loved one.

Handovers
We offer full and comprehensive support for handover notes. Add them on the web portal, print off reports if paperwork is essential.
Handover notes appear on resident cards which can be swiped left and right as the team discusses the current state of care for any resident during the handover process.

Leavers and joiners
With nuagecare you can handle processes for induction, probation, training, disciplinary processes using task boards to give oversight. You will never lose sight of a review and can be assured of compliance with Regulation 18.
When a staff member leaves we remove roles and permissions but nothing else - they can no longer sign in. We even allow you to set the staff member as inactive during a period of holiday or suspension. With nuagecare nothing is deleted, the staff member can be reinstated and history will be maintained. We can also find our leavers, with the requisite permissions, and answer any subject access request under the Data Protection Act.

Shared document libraries
A single document template library can be shared across a group of care homes. This makes it easy for a change in policy reflected in a document change to be implemented in multiple care homes almost instantly.
If there is a change to visitor requirements during a pandemic you can adjust your visitor risk assessments and have them delivered to all of your homes instantly.
We can even introduce different documents for certain care homes according to Local Authority requirements.
The nuagecare document template library is flexible and designed to deal with constant and differing requirements.
Continuous development
We champion an ethos of continuous development. New features are being added to nuagecare constantly. We inform our users as these new features become available, with updates being seamless and universal. You will never be charged for extra functionalities.
